Gentili ospiti,
siamo lieti di darvi il benvenuto nel Bed and Breakfast Le Due Sicilie,
di seguito vi comunichiamo le regole da osservare all’interno del nostro B& B che non sono solo quelle sancite dalla legge, ma soprattutto quelle dettate dal buon senso, a garanzia e tutela dei reciproci rapporti, Vi invitiamo pertanto a prenderne visione allo scopo di ricevere un servizio puntuale e di qualità.
CHECK IN e CHECK OUT
Essendo il Bed and Breakfast una piccola struttura a gestione familiare, non esiste un servizio di reception disponibile in tutte le ore del giorno come succede per gli hotel, perciò se ci comunicherete per tempo le modalità (auto/treno/aereo-n°volo) e l’orario del vostro arrivo ed eventuali ritardi saremo in grado di accogliervi nel modo migliore evitando inutili attese. Salvo necessità particolari le camere sono disponibili dalle ore 15. Al momento dell’arrivo vi verranno consegnate le chiavi della Vostra camera e dell’ingresso indipendente, inoltre vi saranno date informazioni utili a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. Per formalizzare la registrazione dei gentili Ospiti, è necessario consegnare un documento di riconoscimento in corso di validità per ciascun ospite (Passaporto, Carta d’Identità), necessari per la registrazione prevista dalla normativa vigente in materia di P.S. I dati personali verranno trattati in conformità con la normativa sulla privacy. Alla partenza la stanza dovrà essere liberata entro le 10:00 per permettere la pulizia ed il rassetto per i successivi ospiti.
LA COLAZIONE
La colazione viene servita nella sala della struttura tra le ore 8:30 e le 09:45 (salvo diverso accordo). Per gli ospiti che hanno necessità alimentari particolari, all’atto della prenotazione si prega far presente le particolari esigenze, in modo tale da venire incontro per quanto possibile alle vostre necessità.
PULIZIE DEI LOCALI
La pulizia delle camere e dei bagni viene effettuata ogni giorno tra le ore 10.00 e le ore 14.00. Il cambio della biancheria viene effettuato ogni 3 giorni e ad ogni cambio ospite. È possibile richiedere, pagando un supplemento, una pulizia e un cambio biancheria extra.
Si raccomanda un uso responsabile dei servizi igienici, evitando di gettare nulla nei W.C. e di utilizzare i sacchetti ed i cestini messi a disposizione dei gentili Ospiti.
NORME E REGOLE DI BUON COMPORTAMENTO
È severamente Vietato Fumare all'interno della struttura.
Non è permesso agli ospiti di far accedere altre persone all'interno del B& B in qualsiasi orario, per motivi di Pubblica Sicurezza.
Abbiate cura di spegnere le luci, i condizionatori ed altri impianti quando siete fuori dalla camera.
In caso di smarrimento delle chiavi gli ospiti sono tenuti al risarcimento delle stesse.
Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi.
È possibile usufruire del servizio di wi-fi gratuito chiedendo la password al personale.
ACCETTAZIONE DELLE NORME SUL REGOLAMENTO
Il presente regolamento del B& B Le Due Sicilie si intende pienamente accettato e sottoscritto in tutti i suoi punti già all’atto della prenotazione della stanza.

INTERNAL REGULATION
Dear guests,
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Bed and Breakfast Le Due Sicilie, below we communicate the rules to be observed within our B& B that are not only those sanctioned by law, but especially those dictated by common sense, as a guarantee and protection of mutual relations, we therefore invite you to read it in order to receive a punctual and quality service.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT
Since the B& B is a small family-run structure, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day, as happens with hotels, therefore and you will inform us in time the modalities (car/train/airplane-flight) and the time of your arrival and any delays we will be able to welcome you in the best way avoiding useless waiting. Unless special needs and the rooms are available from 1 hour 5.
Upon arrival you will be given the keys to your room and the independent entrance, and you will also be given useful information to make your stay a pleasant one. To formalize the registration of kind Guests, it is necessary to deliver a document of valid recognition for each guest (Passport, Identity Card), necessary for the registration required by current legislation regarding PS Personal data will be processed in accordance with privacy regulations. At the departure the room must be vacated by 10:00 am to allow cleaning and tidying up for the following guests.
THE BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.30 am to 09.45 am (unless otherwise agreed). For guests who have special nutritional needs, at the time of booking, please note the special needs, so as to meet as much as possible to your needs.
LOCAL CLEANING
Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm. The change of linen is done every 3 days and at each change guest. You can request, for an additional fee, a cleaning and extra linen. A responsible use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything in WC and to use the bags and baskets made available to the kind guests.
RULES AND STANDARDS OF GOOD CONDUCT
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the building.
Guests are not allowed to access other people inside the B& B at any time, for reasons of Public Security. Take care to turn off the lights, air conditioners and other systems when you are out from the room.
In case of loss of the keys the guests are obliged to reimburse the same.
Pets are not allowed.
You can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi service by asking the password to the staff.
ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATION RULES
This regulation of the B & B Le Due Sicilie is fully accepted and signed in all of its points already at the time of booking the room.
